Service Description

Airbnb Cleans includes but is not limited to: Stripping used beds, replacing linens, emptying dishwasher, cleaning all surfaces, restocking essential supplies for guests such as toiletries, trash bags, and guest amenities, laundry for linens and towels, checking for damaged items/areas and reporting these. And following specifics per Airbnb that is provided by host. Base Price is $130. Base Price subject to change per cleaner, per hour spent on cleaning. $50 charge for last minute cancelation or reschedule if cleaner is in route. $50 per hour “wait charge” for late check out that isn’t communicated prior to cleaners arrival and quick turn over needing to be done that day. Laundry fee will apply if cleaner needs to take laundry home.
