This cleaning includes: dusting light fixtures and fans, dusting blinds, dusting/wiping all visible surfaces that aren't overly crowded, wiping all glass, tidying up all rooms, wiping all counters, bathtubs/showers/shower doors, toilets (top, bottom and sides), surface wiping of all appliances and vacuuming and mopping, taking out all trash. Each resident has different requests, and we are happy to personalize our cleaning to fit exactly what you are needing!

This cleaning includes everything that is offered in a standard clean plus: inside basic appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator-shelves only, microwave and oven), spraying and hand wiping all visible baseboards, wiping/vacuuming/mopping under furniture or items, wiping/dusting any visible dust or cobwebs anywhere throughout the home, wiping outside of cabinets in kitchen and bathroom, dusting/wiping all decor, vacuuming/dusting vents, scrubbing grout, vacuuming/wiping off couches or seating and polishing chrome, taking out all trash. Each resident has different requests, and we are happy to personalize our cleaning to fit exactly what you are needing!

This cleaning includes cleaning mirrors, sinks and toilets in all bathrooms, wiping down surfaces in breakroom and/or kitchen, wiping tables/desks, dusting blinds, taking out all trash, tidying up all rooms. This cleaning includes everything in the commercial standard clean plus: wiping inside of appliances, wiping down baseboards, wiping down any equipment, dusting blinds, wiping windows, and any extra things that might be needed per location. This cleaning includes top to bottom, inside and out wiping of everything in the home! Dusting/wiping fans, wiping walls, wiping baseboards, wiping doors, wiping windows (inside only), inside and outside of all cabinets and shelving, all showers, tubs and toilets, inside and outside of all appliances, under refrigerator and oven, vacuuming and mopping all floors, sweeping garage, taking out all trash. If movers are present or there are still items/people in the home, this can affect pricing.

This cleaning includes top to bottom making sure your oasis is reset for the next guest! Wiping/cleaning of all surfaces, sinks, tubs, showers, making beds, tidying up all rooms, cleaning inside of appliances (if needed), restocking all rooms with complimentary supplies, doing laundry (towels and bedding), dusting, wiping down any furniture outside, sweeping where needed, vacuuming and mopping all floors.
